Our small-batch handmade cookies have been sold (and adored!) on Salt Spring Island for over 15 years. Originally part of Bite Me! Treats, we branched off our cookies under its own name in 2022. We are proud to continue our mission of making cookies that taste as good as they look!
it's a family thing
We have spent years on Salt Spring Island perfecting our cookie recipes. In fact, our two most popular flavours (Ginger Crackle & Triple Chocolate Salty) were originally created by owner/baker Gemma McEachern’s late mum, Annie, who had a zest for life, the kindest heart and a knack for creating mouth-watering and unforgettable recipes.

Besides finding the perfect balance between buttery and sweet, Gemma can also be found balancing a life of motherhood and small business owner. Some might even say Salt Spring Cookie Co. is her third child.
